Project Summary

The scheme has achieved planning consent and Stockwool Architects along with MLM structural and MEP engineers have been involved with the initial design development and compilation of tender information to enable D&B procurement for the construction works. Current estimated completion of the construction works is second quarter of 2020.

Description of Works

This project consists of the design and construction of a residential led mixed use development in Whitechapel providing 564 residential units. This will comprise of 4 blocks of varying heights including 2 towers of 25 and 18 storeys. The development will also have communal courtyards, external landscaped areas incorporating a water feature as well as a gym, café and over 3,500sqm of commercial space.

Each building block has 3 to 5 cores of residential accommodation with a range of high quality 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed housing units.
